Fitness Friday






Just because the weekend has arrived does mean your goals go away. Make sure you keep focused and instead of meeting your friends at the bar for an early weekend happy hour celebration, HIIT a workout instead. Here is a quick HIIT workout to start our weekend out right: 


1 minute Jumping Jacks
    30 seconds Side Lunges
    30 seconds Squats 
1 minute Run in place
    30 seconds Burpee
    30 seconds Front Lunges 
1 minute Jumping Jacks
    30 seconds Mt. Climbers
    30 seconds speed skaters
1 minute Butt Kickers 
    30 seconds Reverse Lunges 
    30 seconds Squats
1 minute Run
    30 seconds Dips
    30 seconds Push-ups 

Complete 2 rounds = Total time 20 minutes
